FAQ - Frequently ask Questions about proDAD Ango

1. How can I order a software solution from proDAD?

  • You can order the solution directly from our shop system.

 

2. Can I download the software from proDAD?

  • Yes, all our solutions are available for download only. You will receive a download link after payment.

 

3. Can I try out solutions from proDAD for free?

  • Yes, you may test all our solutions for free as long as you wish. If you would then like to keep the software just click the “Purchase” option within the software.

 

4. Where do I find my update?

  • Due to frequent legal changes and technical innovations our software needs to be updated regularly. We therefore offer proDAD Ango as a subscription model only including all updates. This way we can secure you are working with a secure software all the time. We don’t offer updates for sale. After your subscription term ends you are still able to read you encrypted files. But you will be limited to just one recipient when encrypting new files (proDAD Ango Exchange client)

  •  To update your software, click on the update icon in the upper right corner.

 

5. How can I cancel my software subscription? 

  • There is no need to cancel your subscription, because there is no automatic prolongation of your subscription. The program (Plus-Version and Professional-Version) will run for either 1 year or 2 years depending on your choice and purchase. By the end of this period the program will then ask you if you would like to renew your subscription.

 

6. May I use my software on more than one PC? Here you find the terms of use of our software:

  • Ango xchange Client: You may setup 1 contact and encrypt and decrypt files without any limit. For security encryption reasons the software can only be used on 1 PC.

 

  • Ango xchange Plus: You may setup up to 10 contacts and encrypt and decrypt files without any limit. For security encryption reasons the software can only be used on 1 PC.

 

  • Ango xchange Professional: You may setup unlimited contacts and encrypt and decrypt files without any limit. For security encryption reasons the software can only be used on 1 PC.
